Zinadum LLC has skilled, qualified and experienced employees for the delivery of its services and the operation of the business. Zinadum LLC conducts Illinois State Police Criminal history record background checks for all employees that are assigned to work directly with our clients.
Our trained employees deliver care services in a caring and respectful manner to our clients, in accordance to the specific needs of our clients. At Zinadum LLC, Services are only assigned to employees who have the necessary experience, skills, qualifications, certification, or equivalent to meet the needs of the client. Employees undergo additional and routine trainings to update their delivery skills and learn new methodologies and skill sets required for the client’s care. Services are delivered by employees, who are able to communicate effectively with clients, using the clients’ preferred methods of communication.
The Agency does not provide medical home care services but will, if possible and with the client/client representative’s consent, refer the case to a Health Professional or other agency, which does deliver medical home care services.
